Develop, customize and maintain 1C 8.3 applications, primarily 1C 1.3, including existing customizations, new functionality, configuration extensions and application modules.
Implement business logic for procurement, sales, inventory, warehouse operations, manufacturing and accounting, including catalogs, documents, registers, posting procedures, validations and business-process automation.
Develop reports, Data Composition System (СКД) solutions, printed forms, external reports and data-processing tools, including operational analytics, data imports, exports and reconciliation.
Develop and maintain integrations with WMS, logistics, HR, document-management and BI platforms, including APIs, data exchange mechanisms, background processing and reliable handling of failed or repeated transactions.
Diagnose and resolve application defects, incorrect register movements and performance issues through BSL code analysis, query optimization, debugging, transaction and locking analysis.
Maintain customized configurations through comparison and merging, controlled updates, data migration, regression testing and version control, preserving existing functionality and business-data integrity.
Preferred Requirements
Development experience with 1C 2, UT, ZUP or Document Management, including migration or data-conversion projects involving UPP.
Experience with БСП, «Конвертация данных» 2/3, complex exchange mechanisms and integrations with warehouse equipment, barcode scanners, label printers or logistics systems.
Experience with Git, 1C where compatible with the project, automated testing, static code analysis and CI/CD for 1C development.
Experience developing integrations with Python services, Power BI or corporate data platforms, including incremental data extraction, reconciliation and control of production-system load.
Namizədə tələblər
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
Language skills: Az, Eng B1+, Ru is a plus.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of practical 1C development experience in production environments, including independent delivery of custom functionality and integrations; experience limited to administration, user support or standard configuration settings is insufficient.
Strong programming skills in 1C BSL and Configurator, including metadata objects, common/object/form modules, event handlers, ordinary and managed forms, client-server execution and error handling.
Practical experience modifying 1C 1.3, including customized configurations and manufacturing, procurement, sales and warehouse workflows; understanding of how operational transactions affect inventory, costs and accounting data.
Strong knowledge of information, accumulation and accounting registers, document posting and reversal, balances and turnovers, transaction boundaries and data consistency under concurrent user activity.
Advanced skills in 1C query language and СКД, including joins, virtual and temporary tables, batch queries, parameters, grouping, calculated fields and drill-down reports; experience developing external reports, processing tools and printed forms.
Practical experience developing HTTP/REST integrations, XML/JSON processing and exchange plans, with working knowledge of SOAP, OData and XDTO; ability to implement authentication, data mapping, validation, logging, retries and duplicate prevention.
Strong debugging and performance-analysis skills using the 1C debugger, call stack, performance measurements, registration and technological logs; understanding of managed locks, SQL blocking/deadlocks, background jobs and excessive database or client-server calls.
Experience with configuration comparison and merging, vendor updates, support settings, extensions and compatibility modes, including the ability to preserve customizations and assess extension limitations in the actual platform/configuration combination.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SSMS and read-only SQL diagnostics, sufficient to investigate query performance and database-related application issues; business-data changes must use approved 1C application mechanisms rather than direct SQL modification.
Experience implementing roles, access permissions, RLS and secure integration code, including input validation, protected credentials and avoidance of unnecessary privileged execution.
Ability to maintain changes in a 1C configuration repository or another controlled versioning workflow, perform functional and regression testing in separate development/test environments, and prepare traceable releases and safe data-conversion procedures.
